N1 Tennis

N1 has been operating for over a year now and is run by a young and dynamic coach who has experience of coaching all ages and abilities across the UK. N1 wish to break down the perception that tennis is an elitist sport, offering quality coaching for all. Whilst our lessons have strong technical tennis focus, our emphasis is on fun and enjoyment on court, encouraging children to develop skills and confidence which can be used throughout their life as well as in tennis.

Please note: Even though that N1 has helped children move onto higher levels, we are not attached to any professional tennis club; we are here to give all interested children the opportunity to develop not just the superstars!

During this winter period N1 Tennis are still running our free tennis lessons, always remember to wrap up warm when playing any kind of sport in this weather as your body heat will increase and decrease during exercise and having the right type of clothing will help regulate your body temperature in this cold weather and prevent illness and fatigue.
